Subject to your choices and applicable law, we may use the providers below. The specific providers we use may change over time; this list describes the categories of tools in use on the Services.
- **Shopify Analytics** — first-party reporting on store traffic, orders, and conversion, provided as part of the Shopify platform.
- **Google Analytics** (Google LLC) — measurement of how visitors use the Services, using cookies and similar identifiers. Information generated about your use of the Services is transmitted to and stored by Google. We use IP anonymization/truncation where available. - **Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing** (Google LLC) — to advertise our products in Google search results and on partner websites, to measure the performance of our campaigns, and to show ads based on pages you previously visited. Conversion cookies are set when you click one of our ads, typically expire after a limited period, and are not used by us to identify you personally. - **Meta Pixel and Conversions API** (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to build custom and lookalike audiences, and to show you relevant ads. Data collected through the pixel is stored and processed by Meta and may be linked to your Meta profile and used for Meta's own advertising purposes in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). - **Other social and video advertising platforms** — such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Microsoft Advertising, where we run campaigns on those platforms, using comparable pixel and conversion-measurement technologies governed by each platform's own privacy policy.
- **Email and SMS marketing platforms** — to send, personalize, and measure our marketing messages, including whether messages are delivered, opened, and clicked.
- **Product review and user-generated content platforms** — to collect, display, and moderate reviews and ratings.
These partners act as independent controllers or businesses for their own purposes in some cases, and their use of information is governed by their own privacy notices. Disclosures to advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or processing for "targeted advertising," under certain state laws — see Section 12 for your opt-out rights.

5. How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us and which of the Services you use, we may use personal information for the following purposes:
- **Provide, tailor, and improve the Services.** To provide the Services and perform our contract with you: to process your payments, fulfill your orders, arrange shipping, handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations, remember your preferences and items you are interested in, send notifications related to your account and orders, create and manage your account, enable you to post reviews, and create a customized shopping experience such as recommending products related to your purchases. 7. Payments
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems. When you pay for an order, your payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider you select — for example Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or a comparable provider — and by the acquiring bank and card networks involved in the transaction. We share with them the information necessary to authorize, complete, secure, refund, and account for your transaction.
Certain payment providers, in particular those offering "buy now, pay later," installment, or invoice payment options, may perform their own identity, fraud, and creditworthiness checks, including obtaining information from credit reference agencies and generating risk or score values. Those checks are performed by the provider on its own behalf and under its own privacy notice and terms, and the outcome determines whether that payment method is made available to you. We do not make those determinations and do not receive the underlying credit data.

8. Email and Text Message Marketing
**Newsletter and promotional email.** If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you information about our products, offers, and content. The only information required to receive the newsletter is your email address; any additional information you provide is optional and is used to personalize our messages. We may record the date, time, and IP address of your sign-up in order to demonstrate consent and to detect misuse of an email address, and we may use a confirmation ("double opt-in") email before adding you to our list.

**Review reminders.** If you consent during or after your order, we may send you a one-time reminder to review the products you purchased. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the contact details in Section 18.

**Authorized agents.** You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Before acting on such a request, we will require the agent to provide proof that you have authorized them to act for you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us and to confirm that you granted the agent permission.
**Response times.** We will respond to your request within the time period required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with an extension of up to an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
