Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in the United States. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authority. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than those listed above.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually make changes before the order enters fulfillment, but not after it has shipped. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
